At Rome Federal Credit Union, leadership isn't a title — it's a commitment. Since 1936, our credit union has been guided by men and women who believe that a financial institution should do more than manage money. It should strengthen the community it serves.
Our volunteer Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee are drawn from the same community we serve. They are neighbors, professionals, and longtime members who bring their expertise and dedication to every decision made on behalf of our more than 2,000 members. They don't answer to shareholders — they answer to you.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors sets the strategic direction of Rome Federal Credit Union, ensuring that every policy and decision reflects our cooperative values — member ownership, financial integrity, and service above and beyond.

Supervisory Committee
The Supervisory Committee serves as an independent check on the credit union's financial health and operational integrity. Their oversight ensures that Rome Federal Credit Union remains accountable, transparent, and worthy of the trust our members place in us every day.

Volunteer Leadership. Real Accountability.
Unlike a bank, Rome Federal Credit Union has no outside investors or corporate owners. Our leadership serves voluntarily — because they believe in this institution and in this community. Every decision made in the boardroom is made with one question in mind: Is this what's best for our members?
We are proud to be Rome's oldest credit union, and we are grateful for the leaders who have helped us remain that way.
