Rome Federal Credit Union is Rome’s Oldest Credit Union.
Starting in 1936 Rome Federal Credit Union was 2 separate Credit Unions, one for the City of Rome Employees and one for the Revere Copper Employees. The 2 Credit Unions then merged in 1985. In 2015, the Rome Federal Credit Union expanded its field of membership to be open to anyone who lives, works, worships or goes to school in Rome, NY.
