Manage your money on your terms with secure mobile and online banking tools. This free service is available to all members and can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. View your account balances and transaction history, transfer between accounts, make loan payments, transfer money to another member at the Credit Union or your account at another Financial Institution.
Use the "Pay Bills" link to pay your monthly bills (for example National Grid) directly from your Rome Federal Credit Union account. The payment can be scheduled each month on an individual basis or can be recurring so you can "set it and forget it". This is also where you can access Zelle to request and make payments via the Zelle network.
Once enrolled you will receive a password from us, the first time you log on you will be prompted to change your password.
For security, we do not have access to your password, we can only change it if you lock yourself out. You will be asked a set of security questions that will enable you to reset your password at any time.
Alert! We will never email you or call you and ask for your password, account number, pin number, or social security number. You should never give this information out to anyone.
Mobile App
Download our Mobile App and enjoy all of the features of our website when you are on the go from the convenience of your smart phone. You get the added capability of adding your Debit Card to the app. This allows you to turn your debit card on or off, set travel windows, receive alerts when your card is used, set transaction limits, and more!
Remote Deposit Capture
Have a check to deposit and can’t make it to the Credit Union during business hours? Simply endorse the check with “For mobile deposit only” under your signature. Open the mobile app and follow prompts to take a picture and deposit your check remotely.
E-statements
Easily view monthly statements for all accounts you’re listed on—anytime, anywhere. Need a paper copy? You can print hard copies for your records with just a click.
