In December, Rome Federal Credit Union proudly partnered with The Neighborhood Center to support their annual Warm Winter Wishes Hat and Mitten Drive, an initiative dedicated to helping local families stay warm during the winter months.
Rome FCU staff members and members of the Board of Directors came together to collect hats, mittens, and other winter essentials for individuals and families in need throughout our community. In addition to donating much-needed winter wear, Rome FCU also presented The Neighborhood Center with a $500 monetary donation to further support their holiday assistance efforts.
The Warm Winter Wishes program is part of The Neighborhood Center’s broader Holiday Assistance initiative, which provides winter necessities, meals, and gifts to families during the holiday season. These efforts help ensure children and adults alike have access to essential items that bring comfort, warmth, and dignity during the colder months.
